These terms govern your use of IQ Peaks, operated by Brightloop Labs ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

IQ Peaks provides a free online reasoning test and an optional paid full result (the "Result"): an estimated IQ score, percentile, category breakdown, explanations of the puzzles and a personal interpretation written by AI. The estimated IQ is calculated by us from your answers. It comes from an unsupervised online test that is not normed on a representative population, and it is not a clinical, psychological or diagnostic assessment. It is provided for self-reflection and entertainment and must not be used for medical, educational or employment decisions. The interpretation is generated automatically by an AI model from your scores and may contain inaccuracies.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The Result is a one-time purchase (price shown at checkout, including applicable taxes). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

The Result is digital content made available immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you expressly request immediate access at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Result is faulty or not delivered — see our Refund Policy.

Your data and results

Anyone with the link to your results can view them, so keep the link private if you don’t want to share it. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

How the score is calculated

Each test draws 32 puzzles from a larger bank. Harder puzzles count more. Your weighted share of correct answers is converted to the standard IQ scale (average 100, standard deviation 15) using a fixed formula. Because the test is short and taken under uncontrolled conditions, your score can differ from a professionally administered test.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ results, copy or republish the puzzles, or resell Results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Language

These terms are provided in several languages. If there is a conflict between versions, the English version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
